To enhance accessibility and streamline operations, Unite Health partnered with Lingel Learning to develop an eCommerce-enabled course store that seamlessly integrates their website, Learning Management System (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

This comprehensive solution supports the sale of online and face-to-face courses, waitlisting, physical product sales, and automated enrolment workflows, delivering a unified, efficient, and engaging experience for learners and administrators alike.

About
the Project

Unite Health required a robust eCommerce course store that unified their website, Moodle LMS, and Zoho CRM. The solution needed to:

  • Enable the sale of Moodle courses, in-person and classroom-based courses with multiple sessions.
  • Allow students to join waitlists for fully booked courses.
  • Support the sale of physical products, such as DVDs.
  • Reflect the branding and design of the existing Unite Health website.
  • Integrate with Zoho CRM to track leads and manage customer data.
  • Seamlessly connect with Moodle to automate enrolments and student registrations once payments were processed.

The Result

The implemented solution, powered by enrolmart, delivered a fully integrated and branded eCommerce experience for Unite Health. The system connected WordPress, Moodle, and Zoho CRM, ensuring efficient course management, sales, and reporting.

Key outcomes included:

  • Advanced Shopping Experience
    enrolmart integrated directly with Unite Health’s WordPress website and Moodle LMS, enabling users to browse, purchase, and enrol in online and classroom-based courses, as well as buy physical products—all without leaving the main site. This seamless experience eliminated the feeling of being redirected between platforms.
  • Zoho CRM Integration
    All new leads generated through the online store are automatically sent to Zoho CRM, allowing staff to follow up efficiently. New customers and their purchase details are also synced with the CRM, providing a complete view of client interactions and sales activity.
  • Moodle Integration
    Moodle courses are synchronised with the store at the click of a button. When a new order is placed, a user account is automatically created in Moodle and the student is enrolled in their purchased courses, streamlining administration and ensuring immediate access for learners.
