To support their mission of creating safer and higher-performing workplaces, Sentis partnered with Lingel Learning to implement a scalable, multi-tenant Moodle LMS with custom client themes and develop a bespoke safety course designed to meet strict compliance standards while driving meaningful learner engagement and measurable performance outcomes.

the Project

Sentis works closely with organisations to achieve sustainable improvements in safety culture and performance through consulting, assessment, and tailored programs. The project required the setup of a multi-tenancy Moodle LMS environment capable of supporting multiple clients, each with a unique, branded theme. In addition, a custom safety course needed to be developed with controlled navigation, mandatory content completion, and advanced data capture features. The system also had to automatically generate personalised certificates, available via email or as downloadable PDFs, containing key user data.

The Result

Lingel Learning delivered a robust, scalable Moodle solution using rapid development methods. The multi-tenant LMS supported flexible client management while maintaining a consistent, branded experience. The bespoke safety course incorporated strict navigation controls to ensure compliance, requiring users to fully engage with all content, including video modules, before progressing. Captured learner data was automatically transposed onto a completion certificate, and an integrated feedback form enabled continuous improvement. Together, these features provided Sentis with a powerful and compliant training environment that supports ongoing safety and performance excellence.
